Behavioral Health Services, Inc. is a nonprofit, community-based, integrated healthcare organization established in 1973. We provide substance abuse treatment, mental health services, drug-free transitional housing, older adult services, HIV/AIDS and tobacco education, and other health-related services to residents of Southern California.

What We Do
Integrated Community Healthcare
Since 1973, BHS has expanded services to meet the comprehensive needs of our clients. Today we provide services from 26 sites located throughout Los Angeles County, including:
- Two free-standing chemical dependency recovery centers with medical detoxification
- Five residential treatment facilities
- Twelve outpatient facilities
- Four transitional living facilities
- Eight primary care health centers
- Three mental health clinics
